Received [Pain Free] book Aug 95 after radio contact on spinal stenosis problem. Neurosurgeon has not seen me since as I am walking without sciatic nerve pain. Ecises have worked well and allowed me to avoid the surgery! Thanks for the book. I have since bought one for a friend.
