Pete, I do not have a question, but I thought you would like to know I have been doing the e-cises recommended in 'Pain Free' for almost 10 months and I feel better than ever. I had pain in my wrist, neck, and ankles. I am a music and philosophy student; I could not afford to have pain as bad as I did. I went to occupational therapists before I picked up your book. I look back and laugh about how poorly directed the therapists were. I went for my wrist and they only focused on the wrist itself. One day I was so frustrated with physical therapists that I went to Barnes and Noble to try and solve the problem myself. I went to the "alternative medicine" section and browsed through all the books. 'Pain Free' seemed to be the most promising. I feel like I won the lottery with your book. Besides the book, the therapy is free. You would think physical therapists would be aware of the effects of muscular and posture dysfunction. The first three chapters in 'Pain Free' really opened my eyes. I recommend the book to everyone, although most people are really skeptical as it sounds too good to be true. I am a brass player, and the effects the Egoscue technique has improved my breathing dramatically. When I play, everything all of the sudden seems so easy. Everything in life seems so much better when you feel healthy and energetic. Great book!
