Your method has alleviated a year long struggle with excruciating neck pain and migraine headaches. I have to be honest, I bought your book several months ago, didn't think I needed to read the first 3 chapters and also picked and chose which e-cises to do and not in order. It didn't work. I listened to you last Saturday on the radio on my way home from work, and as if you were talking to me, you said to a women who called in, I bet you're not doing them in order, right? Right, that was me. So, one week ago I started again, this time in order. After 4 days, the pain subsides after doing the exercises and praise God no headaches. Thank you, it's wonderful to feel good again!
